Ashbourne Community School received their Award on 13 May, 2019. The students surveyed 70% of their peers to learn about their efforts in volunteerism and to learn about school diversity, and created their Volunteering For All Charter. The VFA Charter highlights the students rights and responsibilities as volunteers.
School staff were delighted to see how active the students are in the community giving back and volunteering for various organisations across the county.
